Your Data Privacy Is Our Top Priority

ConvertFlow Pro is engineered with a strict Privacy-First Architecture. Where applicable, files are processed directly in your browser using local WebAssembly. For server-side conversions, uploaded files are strictly encrypted and automatically purged from server memory within 60 minutes.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal necessary information to deliver our service:

Account Credentials: Email address and hashed passwords when you sign up.
Usage Metadata: Anonymous conversion metrics (file count, tool usage) for analytics.
Uploaded Media: Media files uploaded for conversion/editing (deleted automatically within 1 hour).

2. How We Handle Your Uploaded Files

We do NOT view, copy, mine, or share your uploaded files with any third party. Your files belong exclusively to you. All uploads are encrypted during transit using 256-Bit TLS/SSL protocols. Automated background jobs delete all converted files completely after 1 hour.

3. Third-Party Payment Processing (Paddle)

We process payments through Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as our Merchant of Record. ConvertFlow Pro never stores or handles raw credit card numbers or banking credentials. All checkout data is encrypted via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant standards.

4. Zero Data Selling Commitment

We strictly commit never to sell, rent, or monetize personal user data or uploaded media content to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
