We want you to be 100% satisfied with ConvertFlow Pro. If our tool suite does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can request a full 100% refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
Full refunds are eligible within 14 calendar days from your initial subscription activation date. If you purchased a monthly or yearly Pro or Advanced plan, simply reach out to us at support@convertflow-pro.com or raise a refund ticket directly via your Paddle receipt link.
You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your account dashboard or via the Paddle billing portal link included in your monthly email receipt. Once canceled, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle without further automatic renewals.
All payment processing and refunds for ConvertFlow Pro are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our official Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued directly back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) within 3 to 7 business days.
